Puppy Julie is home after surgery. She had
a balloon valvuloplasty
and an aortic angiogram yesterday.
Thankfully, there were no
additional complications.
As you can see…the surgery has not held her back and she is as
playful and energetic as ever. She was so happy to see her foster
Mom Debbie when we picked her up at the Animal Specialty Center
in Yonkers, NY.

(We apologize fur the slightly blurry pictures,
but Julie would not stay still at all!)

Puppy Julie was anxious
to get home!

Julie cuddled in Debbie’s
arms for the trip home.

We are continuing to raise funds to support our medical
fund which will,
in turn, help Puppy Julie as she recovers
from her surgery. She needs to
return for a check in about
2 weeks (and again in 6 months) and is on
daily medication
as well.
If you prefer to send a check for your donation, please note on your check that you're sponsoring the Puppy Julie/medical fund and mail the check, payable to Danbury Animal Welfare Society, to:
Danbury Animal Welfare Society

Thank you very much for your help!
